Monthly board meetings are held at 6:30 pm (with the exception of November & December) the second Tuesday of each month at the First Baptist Church – Eastwood, 16122 Eastwood Cutoff Road. Public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

The Eastwood Village Council Board is always looking for new board members and volunteers to serve the community of Eastwood. Contact us at Eastwoodvillagecouncil@gmail.com for more information.
Eastwood Village Council is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (donations are tax deductible) and will be collecting the 2024 voluntary $25 dues. We are dependent on dues and donations to fund our activities as we advocate for and inform the greater Eastwood area. Some of these activities include, but aren’t limited to, our newsletter, handouts, and website as well as community events such as the farmers’ market and community concerts.
We are continually seeking persons interested in the welfare of far eastern Jefferson County to join us in our efforts to advocate, promote and help revitalize the Eastwood area for village style growth and to work with the appropriate agencies to attain smart development. Please attend our meetings and join our efforts. Our voices are stronger collectively!
The area is seeing unprecedented growth and development. Attend a meeting and learn about activity in this area. We are always looking for people to serve on the EVC board and/or committees. In addition to at-large and core board member openings, the following neighborhoods currently have no representation from the EVC back to their neighborhoods:
