UPDATE FROM THE CITY OF EASTWOOD INCORPORATION COMMITTEE:
EASTWOOD AREA RESIDENTS:
It’s time to get the facts and learn how our area will only get worse if we don’t incorporate. Got concerns about zoning, traffic, police, nature? Come to one of the upcoming meetings to learn more about incorporation and how it’ll protect our area. The Incorporation Committee will be doing a presentation at each of these meetings, but you may stop in to just sign the petition if you prefer. Learn more at: EIC-INFO.com

The Eastwood Village Council Board is always looking for new board members and volunteers to serve the community of Eastwood. Contact us at Eastwoodvillagecouncil@gmail.com for more information.
Eastwood Village Council is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (donations are tax deductible) and will be collecting the 2025 voluntary $25 dues. We are dependent on dues and donations to fund our activities as we advocate for and inform the greater Eastwood area. Some of these activities include, but aren’t limited to, our newsletter, handouts, and website as well as community events such as the farmers’ market and community concerts.
We are continually seeking persons interested in the welfare of far eastern Jefferson County to join us in our efforts to advocate, promote and help revitalize the Eastwood area for village style growth and to work with the appropriate agencies to attain smart development. Please attend our meetings and join our efforts. Our voices are stronger collectively!
The area is seeing unprecedented growth and development. Attend a meeting and learn about activity in this area. We are always looking for people to serve on the EVC board and/or committees. In addition to at-large and core board member openings, the following neighborhoods currently have no representation from the EVC back to their neighborhoods:
- Arlington Meadows
- Ashmoor Woods
- Bella Vista Woods
- Bridle Run
- Coventry Place
- Curry Farms
- Flat Rock Ridge
- Gardiner Park
- Glen Lakes
- Locust Creek
- Meremont
- The Overlook
- Polo Fields
- The Preserve at Glen Lakes
- Shakes Run/ Catalpa Farms
- The Summit in Polo Fields
- Wyndover
Please consider attending a meeting to learn more about area growth & to determine if it is an opportunity where you would like to become more involved!
